Wiz Khalifa made his debut on Saturday Night Live over the weekend. He performed his # 1 hit, See You Again, off of the box office hit movie Fast 7's soundtrack. I love this song so you know I was excited for this performance. Check it out below.

Let's discuss this new track I Luh God by Erica Campbell! Hmmmm not sure how I feel about this one. The title alone is making me cringe!!! I mean I love everything she's saying but the level of ratchet on this track is makin me sick to my tummy. If her intention is to expand her audience then ok, I guess, but this one is a lil too much for me being that Erica Campbell is a truly talented artist.
I don't think I'm ready for the ratchet/gospel movement lol
Anyway this single will be on her re-release of her album, Help 2.0! Feeling it? ?

Here's Erica actually performing it. I love me some Mary Mary and Erica Campbell but ummm yeah I'm still not convinced. I'm all for creativity, changing up sounds, and infusing music genres but this right here? Hmm maybe it will grow on me. lol

Whettttttt? Bish better pay homage!!!!!!!! Yesssss Fenty paid a nasty homage to my girl Kimberly Jones last night on the iHeartRadio Awards. She did her thing!!! Kim would be proud!
I actually caught the awards late. I don't know how I missed that they were coming on but from what I did catch they were pretty good. I like this song better than Four Five Seconds, so there's still hope for this R8 album Rih will be dropping soon.

Yassss this sunday, Bey is set to grace the stage and perform with Common and John Legend!

Nominated for six awards this year, the pop diva, 33, will hit the stage to sing “Take My Hand Precious Lord” before segueing into John Legend and Common’s Oscar-nominated song “Glory” off the soundtrack to the film Selma.

"We do have an incredible introduction to our performance,” Common exclusively told Us Weekly at the Tanqueray Trunk Show in New York City on Jan. 31. “A segue into our song ‘Glory,’ as a tribute to Selma, being done by the great Beyonce. That's one of the greatest talents you can have, helping us segue into it. To co-create a performance with someone like her. It's good."

Sooo that confirms I'll be watching the Grammys, at least for this performance anyway! Ha!
