Looking at my role it's about that time for VH1 to drop another Love and Hip Hop gem. Atlanta is up next on the #LHH roster. This is the 4th season and from the looks of the previews and such it's gonna be juicy!!!!! They've even added a few more cast members to the show including, Margeaux, Nikko's wife, Khadiyah, Yung Joc's assistant girlfriend and Jessica Dime whoever that is. LOL
Anyway chile Love and Hip Hop Atlanta will air April 20th @ 8 pm via VH1.

Well that's Embarrasssing! Memphitz Loses Defamation Case Against K Michelle & Mona Scott Young

Well no surprise here folks, well for me anyway, but Mickey Wright, also known as Toya Wright's better half has lost his case against K. Michelle! Remember back a few years ago on LHHATL when all this hoopla started after K. Michelle revealed that someone put dem paws on her.. She never mentioned names but word spread and rumors flew revealing the womanizer. Memphitz tried to clear his name by filing a lawsuit against K. Michelle and Mona Scott Young and that motion has absolutely backfired.

According to AJC:

On Thursday, former Jive Records executive Mickey “Memphitz” Wright Jr. lost his 2012 defamation case against the owners of VH1 and producers of the network’s hit show “Love Hip Hop Atlanta” after his former girlfriend accused him of physical abuse and embezzlement on the program.
Wright’s former girlfriend, R & B singer Kimberly Michelle Pate (who was known on the show as K. Michelle),talked extensively on the TV show about how she had been abused and ripped off by an unnamed former record executive and was upset when other members of the show didn’t believe her. Although Wright was never named on the show, gossip sites mentioned his name numerous times. In social media and radio interviews, he denied the allegations, acknowledging it was him.
In the lawsuit filed in the United States Northern District of Georgia on Sept. 5, 2012, Wright asked for $15 million in compensatory damages and $50 million in punitive damages.
To win the defamation case, Wright had to prove K Michelle’s allegations that he physically abused her were false, that he is more a private figure than a public figure (where the bar is far higher to prove defamation and “actual malice” has to be proven) and that the production companies and VH1 aired this information knowing it was false. He also had to prove the allegations were “injurious to his reputation and was published with a degree of fault at least amounting to negligence.”
The Fulton County judge Robert McBurney decided in favor of the defendants. In general, the allegations were true, Wright is deemed a public figure as a former TV host and husband of singer and reality star Toya Wright and the production company “exercised due diligence concerning Defendant Pate’s domestic violence claims,” according to final court judgment. “The record shows that they reasonably believed Defendant Pate during production of LHHA and that they still do today.”
Wright in depositions acknowledged he got into a physical altercation with K Michelle in a Memphis hotel altercation in 2009 and had spent money from Jive Record’s budget for jewelry, not to help her career, and had sent a text message threatening to kill K. Michelle’s son. That content of the text was bleeped out on the show, negating its import in the case.
The summary judgment goes into detail about the argument between K Michelle and Wright where Wright admits he put a pillow and/or his hands over her mouth to try to shut her up. She reasonably thought he was trying to kill her. He later tried to backtrack from his initial acknowledgments, according to a court filing by the defendants seeking summary judgment.
Although K Michelle wasn’t a defendant in the original case, she was added later. The other defendants are Viacom, which owns VH1 and the production companies NFGTV and Monami Entertainment.
The judge was also displeased that it took several months for Wright to specify what was defamatory, noting that the delays “consumed the resources of the Court and Defendants and ultimately required an order of the Court to fix.”
K Michelle left “Love and Hip Hop Atlanta” after the second season in 2013 and moved to New York, where had her own VH1 spinoff for one season. She also was able to re-ignite her music career, generating three hit singles in 2013 and 2014.

Damn looks like Memph actually does hit! he hits women! #bloop I wonder if that added another dent to the already failing marriage of his with Toya. Hmmm we shall see!

First of all lemme say that I am so glad this season is almost OVER!!! This sh*t got real boring real quick!!!!
Other than that I really don’t have much to say about the episode other than yayyyyyy one more to go lol. Ready to see this reunion so we can get to the Atlanta Series on April 20th!

SHOCKER: Love and Hip Hop is SCRIPTED and FAKE says Joseline Hernandez [VIDEO INSIDE]

Joseline brought that lil tidbit to light yesterday while under oath. You remember that lil case that was pending that ex costars, Althea and Benzino had against her and Stevie J for they huge brawl they had on the last reunion show? Well it is currently being reviewed.

TMZ Reports:

Joseline Hernandez from "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" knows what's real ... and it's not her show.
Hernandez testified under oath in a videotaped deposition that she and other cast members stick to a script.
She's being sued by former co-star Althea Eaton, who claims Joseline got high on crack cocaine and then beat the crap out of her during a reunion show.
During the depo, Althea's lawyer wanted to know if the real Joseline emerged during the fight in question, or whether it was pre-programmed.
Joseline is brutally honest in the depo. Check it out. It doesn't get more real.

Mimi Faust Confirms That Nikko’s Wife Will Be Joining LHHATL's Upcoming Season

So it's almost that time again folks. My favorite cast of the Love and Hip Hop series, Atlanta, will be returning to our tv screens soon. Mimi Faust gave new details in a recent interview on her relationship or the lack their of with Nikko. She also revealed that his wife Margo Simms will be, in fact, on the new season. #ohmylordt She also reveals that the new season will be  on 100 for sure with a host of new cast members.

Mimi Faust of popular VH1 reality show, Love and Hip Hop Atlanta, was on-hand, last week, to celebrate her 45th birthday at New York City’s No.8 nightclub.
Faust looked absolutely stunning in an all white and frill Herve Leger Bregi gown. If we didn’t know that the reality star was over forty, we’d think the report was a lie.
Surrounded by some of her close friends and fellow reality show elites, we had the opportunity to speak with Faust about the upcoming fourth season of LHHATL, what we can expect, whether she’s truly finished with her now ex-boyfriend, Nikko Smith (London), after discovering he was still legally married to his estranged wife, Margo Simms and more.
When asked if her relationship with Nikko was completely over Mimi says, “Absolutely. A hundred thousand percent done.”
On whether Smith’s wife will play a role and appear on the show Mimi adds, “Yes [I can confirm his wife will play a role and will be on the show].”
On what she wants people to know about her, despite what we’ve seen on the reality show and the now infamous sex tape with Nikko, she adds, “I’m not an angry person. I’m a real kind and happy girl.”
She also advises her critics to, “Think outside the box and don’t judge a book by its cover.”
Of the upcoming season 4 of the popular Atlanta reality show Mimi adds, “The upcoming season is going to be nuts so stay tuned.”
She also reveals that there will be a lot of new faces, although, not revealing just who those new faces will be.

Yasssssssssssssssss! I can't wait. I'm over here cheesin right now as I type this!!!! I'm wondering who the new cast members will be? We've already heard they gave Momma Dee and Scrappy the boot. I've also heard Rasheeda and Kirk may also be out. Zino and Thea Thea were also given their walking papers shortly after that blow up of a reunion show. Damn who's left?
