In case you missed it, Tidal hosted a concert last night at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn. Beyoncé, Jay Z, Nicki Minaj, Lil Wayne, Usher, T.I. were part of the all-star lined up to perform at the event to celebrate Tidal's one million subscribers. WoOooHooOO
It was also rumored that Prince would be performing but he was later removed from the roster.

So Birdman himself sat down with Angie Martinez aboard a yacht in Miami to discuss and put to bed any rumors surrounding his and Lil Wayne's relationship. Unless you've been under a rock you should have heard by now about all the antics going on between the two over the last few months, lawsuits, shoot-outs, drinks being thrown and such. It all started when Lil Wayne expressed his anguish toward Cash Money Records, the record label responsible for giving him a platform that launched him straight to success. Wayne made accusations that he was not being paid properly for his music and wanted out of his contract. Cash Money wasn't respecting his artistry pretty much! Things escalated from there when Wayne went on to sue his beloved Baby aka Birdman along with the record label. Since then Wayne's been shot at, well his tour bus anyway and the latest a drink thrown on him at a show by someone was sitting with Birdman as they partied in a VIP section.
I have to admit this was a weird interview. The reference Birdman kept making to Lil Wayne being his son, child, etc was creepy. He also mentioned that he and Wayne talk all the time and the media is totally exaggerating when it comes to the dynamics of their "family feud".
“The media makes it worst than what it really is. Me and my son don’t scream at each other. I’m a man. He respects me as his pops and I respect him as my son. There ain’t never come a day where he’s going to talk to me in a disrespectful manner. We didn’t come from that cloth.”
Oh! He said Lil Wayne is free to go when and if he chooses to leave. Ok so if that's the case why hasn't he been set free, why y'all shooting up that man's tour bus, why y'all throwing drinks???

Damnnnn so lemme find out the Atlanta peeps aren't here for Lil Wayne. He was in town over the weekend partying it up at Compound while his tour bus was getting shot up. Thank goodness no one was injured.
Lil Wayne's tour bus took on gunfire in Atlanta early Sunday morning ... TMZ has learned.
Wayne performed at Compound nightclub on Saturday night ... and sources tell us the shooting went down shortly after 3:30 AM -- minutes after Wayne's 2 tour buses pulled away from the club.
We're told Weezy and a few other Young Money execs and artists -- including Lil Twist and Hood -- were on board at least one of the buses at the time of the shooting. It appears no one was injured, and it's still unclear if Wayne was on board the bus that was hit.
Law enforcement sources tell us immediately after the shooting the bus was driven to a nearby hotel, and that's when someone in Wayne's entourage called cops.
We're told witnesses on the buses didn't see much -- their only description of the suspects is that they were in 2 white vehicles ... a sports car (possibly a Corvette) and an SUV.
Police are rushing to Lil Wayne's Miami Beach mansion after someone called the cops and said they intended to start a firefight with officers and shots had already been fired.
Miami PD have raced to the home on ritzy La Gorce Island right now ... and have set up a perimeter.
The bizarre report comes 11 days after police raced to the home to check on a report of a suspicious person lurking outside the home. Cops let the guy go because when they arrived he was on public property.
As for today's incident ... we're told Wayne is in Miami but is not at home.

11:55 AM PT -- Police have officially declared this incident a swatting, writing on Twitter, "MBPD handles all calls of this nature in a serious manner . In this case it appears to have be a hoax @ #LiLWaynes home . #Swatting"
11:35 AM PT -- Wayne posted a photo minutes ago from a recording studio. Meanwhile, Miami Beach PD have cleared the perimeter of the home and tweeted they believe "swatting" is a possibility.
11:00 AM PT -- Young Money just tweeted, "Wayne is okay. Wasn't home during alleged events."
