Selena Quintanilla-Perez will be Coming to a Stage Near You as a Hologram!

Yes, you read that correctly! Ms. bidi bidi bom bom herself is getting her own hologram! Selena was a beautiful and talented Tejano artist taken way before her time at the tender age of 24. The announcement that her music will be brought to life once again during Selena The One sounds kinda dope! The tour and hologram are actually still under construction at this point but should be ready by 2018 according to developers.

Announcing Selena The One: Ambitious Project to Create Iconic
Singer in Digital Format - Body, Voice, and Mind
Producers in Collaboration With Quintanilla Family

San Diego - March 20, 2015:   Acrovirt, LLC announces the launch of Selena The One, the development of a walking, talking, singing, and dancing, digital embodiment of iconic singer, Selena. This technology is an advanced technology that does not have the limitations of past technologies such as holograms or holographs but is revolutionary. Acrovirt is working in collaboration with Selena’s immediate family and cutting-edge scientists to enable new productions for her many fans.  Selena The One will release new songs and videos, will collaborate with current hit artists, and aims to go on tour in 2018.

Technology is so freaking awesome.  I think this will be a nice tribute to the fallen singer.

Jay Z jumps on the Streaming Music Wave with TIDAL!!! + Announcement Ceremony!

Are you ready to ride the wave? Jay Z wants you to ride out out his new streaming music service called Tidal!

According to Rolling Stone:

The Tides They Are-A Changing," Jay Z tweeted Sunday night, trumpeting the arrival of Tidal, the Swedish high-quality audio streaming service that the rapper recently purchased. Beyoncé, Kanye West, Jack White's Third Man Records, Rihanna, Madonna, Arcade Fire, Coldplay, Daft Punk and Nicki Minaj are among those who have aligned with Tidal, changing their Twitter profile photo to cyan blue in support of Jay Z's fledgling service.

Tidal Is High-Quality Streaming Ready for Its Close-Up? »
"Together, we can turn the tide and make music history. Start by turning your profile picture blue," Kanye tweeted, while Madonna wrote, "Music makes the people come together. Join Madonna and turn your profile picture blue. Do it for the music." Each tweet was accompanied by the hashtag "#TIDALforALL."
The new Tidal site is counting down towards 5 p.m., when Jay Z will conduct a "special announcement" in New York. The press conference will be streamed live on the Tidal site, which champions itself as "the first music streaming service that combines the best high fidelity sound quality, high definition music videos and expertly curated editorial."
With streaming revenues passing CD sales and chipping away at digital downloads, Tidal enters a suddenly congested market that will soon also feature the rebooted service from Beats Music and Apple. However, like Neil Young's Pono, Jay Z is hoping that an emerging taste for high-quality audio – spurred by the sales of boutique headphones like Beats by Dre – will give Tidal an advantage in a streaming war where every service can essentially offer the same music, albeit at different quality. In addition, many artists are beginning to grow disenchanted with streaming king Spotify for their meager pay-per-stream payout.
Beyoncé, West and White's involvement suggests that the rapper might have another advantage in addition to superior-sounding streams: Exclusive content directly from major artists available only for Tidal users. Taylor Swift's 1989, which the singer pulled from Spotify, is already available on Jay Z's service.
Tidal offers two price tiers: For $9.99 a month, Tidal Premium boasts standard quality sound along with high definition music videos. Tidal HiFi will cost $19.99 a month and features the Lossless High Fidelity sound quality that its competitors can't offer, as well as the HD music videos and curated editorial. New users can sign up for a free 30-day trial to test out the service.

New Video: Trey Songz and Nicki Minaj give us an uber sexy Interactive Experience with Touchin, Lovin

"Touchin, Lovin" is Trey's new single off his 6th studio album "Trigga" which was released over the summer. In a cool new video, Trey Songz gives us our technology fix. The video starts out with your red or blue pill selection, then takes off from there. I actually love this because we haven't seen anything like it. Fans can click and interact with Trey other elements by clicking various objects throughout the video. #freakincool

Trey sat down with Buzzfeed and  discussed the inpsiration behind the video:
Directed by Tool’s Jason Zada, the steamy video allows viewers to “explore Trey’s fantasies” by selecting different objects throughout. Each choice prompts the next sequence of events in the video, which will vary depending upon your selection.
Trey told us the interactive component was a way his fans could get even more, ahem, intimate with him: “I have a personal connection with my fans and I wanted this interactive video to be a way for them to get a glimpse into my world and my fantasies in a new way.”
So what's your fantasy? Interact with Trey and Nicki here:
